Horse Power

The horse has long been a symbol of strength, freedom, movement, and untamed energy. In Horse Power, this archetype is combined with the modern cult of speed and performance — the world of the automobile and the iconic silhouette of the rearing horse.

At the same time, the motif opens up the story of two famous automotive emblems. The black prancing horse was the personal symbol of the Italian fighter pilot Francesco Baracca, later adopted by Enzo Ferrari. In the case of Porsche, the horse has a different origin — it derives from the coat of arms of Stuttgart, a city historically associated with horse breeding. Two distinct histories thus meet in one universal image of speed, courage, strength, and the desire to push beyond limits.

The glass captures the horse at a moment of maximum tension, as if movement had been suspended for a fraction of a second. Its fragility stands in contrast to the idea of power and physical strength. Horse Power is therefore not only a reference to automotive iconography, but above all a celebration of energy, freedom, and the inner strength that drives us ever forward.
